Ingredients For rhubarb slush

  • 8 c
    chopped rhubarb
  • 2 qt
    water
  • 3 c
    sugar
  • 1/2 c
    lemon juice
  • 3-oz. pkg
    strawberry jello
  • 2 c
    vodka

How To Make rhubarb slush

  • 1
    Cook rhubarb, sugar and lemon juice until tender. Put sauce through strainer. Add jello to juice and stir until dissolved. Stir in vodka. freeze. Put 2 scoops in a glass and fill with 7-up. Makes about 8 servings.
