How To Make rhubarb slush

1Cook rhubarb, sugar and lemon juice until tender. Put sauce through strainer. Add jello to juice and stir until dissolved. Stir in vodka. freeze. Put 2 scoops in a glass and fill with 7-up. Makes about 8 servings.
