Just another refreshing way to use some early summer rhubarb! Can leave off the hard liquor and increase the Prosecco, if you like.

1/2 cfresh lemon juice

12 ozprosecco or another sparkling white wine/

1 crhubarb syrup

6 slicelemon, for garnish

How To Make rhubarb fizz

1Combine vodka or gin, syrup, and lemon juice in a pitcher and stir to combine.

2Divide among ice-filled glasses and top off each with 2 ounces Prosecco. Stir gently and garnish with lemon rounds. Serve immediately.
