really coconut'y coffee
I found this recipe on http://www.gaylea.com. They make Gay Lea Coconut Whipped Cream which is made from pure coconut cream. It's a Canadian product so possibly not available in the U.S. but if you can get it you must give it a try (and no, I'm not getting paid in any way)

Ingredients For really coconut'y coffee

2 c(500 ml) freshly brewed dark roast coffee

2 oz(60 ml) coconut-flavored rum
-
2 oz(60 ml) frangelico or another hazelnut liqueur

real coconut whipped cream
-
ground cinnamon
How To Make really coconut'y coffee

1Stir coffee with rum and liqueur. Pour into two dessert coffee mugs.

2Top with a generous amount of coconut whipped cream. Sprinkle with ground cinnamon and serve immediately.
