1 cfresh or frozen raspberries, defrosted, plus extra to serve

2 csoju liquor

1/4 craspberry liquor

1 Tbsplemon juice, fresh

2 cstore-bought lemonade

2 ctonic water
How To Make raspberry soju cocktail

1Blend raspberries until smooth, then pass through a fine sieve (discard seeds).

2Combine the raspberry purée with soju, raspberry liqueur and lemon juice and stir well to combine.

3Fill 6 tall glasses with ice, then divide the raspberry mixture between the glasses.

4Top with equal amounts of lemonade and tonic water and garnish with a few raspberries.
