Ingredients For raspberry sake

  • 1 bottle
    sake, 750 ml, chilled
  • 1 pt
    canned wild berry juice cocktail concentrate, chilled
  • 1 c
    crushed ice
  • 1/2 c
    frozen raspberries, thawed
  • 1/4 c
    fresh lemon juice

How To Make raspberry sake

  • 1
    Put the sake, wild berry juice, ice, raspberries and lemon juice into a blender. Pulse several times until the raspberries are completely crushed.

    Strain this mixture into 6 martini glasses and serve immediately!
