Ingredients For raspberry mojito punch

1/4 csugar (or your choice of sugar substitute)

1/4 clightly packed fresh mint leaves
-
3 ccold water
-
1 1/2 cwhite rum
-
112-oz. can frozen raspberry juice blend concentrate, thawed

1/2 cfresh lme juice
-
1 1/2 ccarbonated water, chilled

fresh raspberries and/or lime slices (optional)
How To Make raspberry mojito punch

1In a large bowl combine sugar and mint. Using the back of a wooden spoon, lightly crush mint against the side of the bowl. Add next 4 ingredients (through lime juice), stirring to dissolve sugar. Pour mixture into a large pitcher.

2Slowly pour carbonated water down side of pitcher and if desired, add additional fresh mint, raspberries, and or lime juice. Serve immediately.
