My daughter and I have these with lunch every year at Nordstrom's Grill when we venture into downtown Seattle for our annual Christmas shopping day. They're our favorite, and they're our unofficial kick-off for the holiday season. There are a few versions of Pomegranate Martini (sometimes listed as Pomegranate Cosmopolitan), but this is the one that has the exact right quantities of each ingredient for our taste buds. They're so good and festive, and they always put me in the holiday mood. I hope you enjoy it!
