If you want a martini, just pour a splash of pomegranate juice, the lemon syrup and vodka into an ice filled cocktail shakier. 1 1/2 cups pomegranate juice

1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice plus 4 lemon wheels for garnish

1/2 cup sugar

6 oz. citrus vodka

seltzer water for mixing
How To Make pomegranate lemon vodka spritzers

1Pour pomegranate juice into an ice cube tray and freeze overnight. Put the lemon juice and sugar in a small pan. Bring to a simmer; cook, stirring til sugar is completely dissolved. Cool to room temperature.

2to serve, fill each of four tall rocks glasses with 3 to 4 pomegranate ice cubes. Pour about 1/4 cup lemon syrup and 1 1/2 oz. vodka over the ice and top off with seltzer. Stir gently, garnish glasses with lemon wheels and serve. Serves 4. You can easily double or triple this recipe for a crowd.
