Ingredients For pink daiquiri

  • 9 oz
    white rum (1 cup)
  • 6 Tbsp
    fresh lime juice
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    grenadine
  • 4 1/2 Tbsp
    superfine granulated sugar
  • lime slice, garnish

How To Make pink daiquiri

  • 1
    Stir together all ingredients in a pitcher until sugar is dissolved, then add about 2 cups ice cubes and stir until very cold.

    Pour daiquiris through a sieve into Martini glasses.

    Cooks' note: For a more striking presentation, you can spread some sugar on a plate, then rub rims of glasses with a wedge of lime and dip into sugar.
