  • 2 cups ice cubes
  • 1 cup each diced frozen pineapple and mango
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/3 cup cream of coconut
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon seeded and diced jalapeno
  • pinch of salt

How To Make pineapple freeze with jalapeno

  • 1
    puree ice cubes, pineapple, mango, pineapple juice, cream of coconut, lime juice, jalapeno, and salt in a blender until smooth. Serve at once. Makes 4 cups.
