2 ozpussers rum (see note)

4 ozpineapple juice

1 ozcoco lopez coconut cream

1 ozorange juice

freshly grated nutmeg

maraschino cherry
- NOTE: PUSSERS WAS THE RUM USED IN THE ORIGINAL PAINKILLER. BUT ANY DARK RUM WILL DO. I LIKE CRUZAN RUM BETTER!
How To Make painkiller from the soggy dollar bar (copycat)

1Put all ingredients except garnishes in a cocktail shaker. Add lots of ice. Shake for at least 20 seconds, till frosty and to fully dissolve the coconut cream.

2Strain into an ice filled glass. Add a cherry and let it sink to the bottom. Grate a little nutmeg over the top.
