Ingredients For mixed berry margarita

3 cfrozen mixed berries (substitute strawberries or mangoes)

6 ozwhite tequila

6 ozcointreau liqueur

1 corange juice

1 csprite (substitute 7up or squirt soda)

1 csparkling mineral water such as san pellegrino or perrier

2 Tbspagave nectar

1/2 Tbspfreshly squeezed lime juice
How To Make mixed berry margarita

1In the jar of a blender, combine ice cubes, berries, tequila, Cointreau, orange juice, soda, sparkling mineral water, agave nectar and lime juice; process until smooth and well blended.

2Pour margarita in a large pitcher and transfer to the refrigerator for 2 hours or until chilled. Yields 8 cups
