Publix Grocery store had mangoes on sale.... 10 for $10.. whoooo!
One of my favorite drinks in the world is Mango Lassi. I love making curry, and there is nothing more refreshing and pallet cleansing than a chilly mango lassi. Lassis have a great way of pulling all the spice from Indian curry off your tongue the minute you are done tasting it. Perfect drink. Yummy, sweet and frothy.

Ingredients For mango lassi

2whole mangoes, peeled and diced

1/2 cwhole milk
-
1 cunflavored yogurt
-
1 tsppure vanilla extract
-
1/2 tspground ginger
-
3 Tbsphoney
-
1/4 tspgreen cardamom powder
-
1/2 Tbsplemon juice, fresh
-
ground cinnamon, garnish
How To Make mango lassi

1VERY EASY!!!!
Combine all ingredients; except for the garnish of course; into a blender and blend until very frothy!
Serve in a chilled glass and garnish with cinnamon. -
2Side note: I preferred a chilled glass over serving it with ice. I find the ice to dilute the lassi as it melts. Not as nice.
