This is an Hawaiian cocktail from the "Best of the Best Hawaii Cookbook" that I am posting for the world tour event. I adapted it slightly for my tastes!

Ingredients For mai tai

  • 2 oz
    light rum
  • 1 oz
    dark rum
  • 3/4 oz
    triple sec orange liqueur
  • 1/2 oz
    amaretto
  • 1/2 oz
    lime juice
  • crushed ice

How To Make mai tai

  • 1
    Mix the rums, triple sec, amaretto and lime juice in a 7-ounce glass. Add crushed ice and garnish with fruit.
