Ingredients For lychee martini jello shots

1/2 cwhite cranberry juice cocktail

1 clychee juice (from a can of lychees)

2 1/2 pkgplain gelatin (1/2 an envelope equals about 1 teaspoon)

1/2 cvodka
-
1/2 cpeach schnapps
-
6chopped lychees for garnish
How To Make lychee martini jello shots

1Pour juices into saucepan and sprinkle with gelatin, allow to soak for a minute or two.

2Heat over low heat, Stirring constantly until gelatin is fully disolved. (About 5 minutes) Remove from heat.

3Stir in vodka and peach schnapps.

4Pour into standard 1 lb loaf pan (9" x 5") Refrigerate until fully set.

5To serve, Cut into desired shape. Garnish with a few pieces of chopped lychee. Enjoy!
