long weekend iced tea
When I want a good old-fashioned laugh, I plop myself in front of the TV and watch Weekend at Bernie's. Yeah, the plot itself defies belief, and yet - when you have a couple of these Long Island-style Iced Teas, you can't help but believe every bit of it is true. Since Bernie lived large, so does this tea. The usual alcoholic suspects are involved, but I added a touch of class with the Luxardo. Worthy of the Hamptons. The Curacao makes the drink blend into the beautiful blue sea... Created for FF&F Seaside Brasserie. Buen provecho, amigos!
