This refreshing cocktail includes some of Cuba's best local ingredients including fresh grapefruit, lime and --of course--Bacardi Cuban rum. You'll think you left your cares behind and got whisked off to a secluded spot on a sandy beach in Cuba. 'Isla del Tesoro' means 'Treasure Island'. Robert Louis Stevenson's classic novel "Treasure Island" was the inspiration in naming this Cuban cocktail. The novel is set at the height of plundering seafaring pirates days and is an intriguing story about a young boy’s adventures in his quest for buried gold treasure on an island near Cuba. Aye, Matey!
