Ingredients For irish cream liqueur

  • 1-3/4 c
    liquor, (irish whiskey, brandy, rum, bouron, sctoch or rye
  • 1 can
    (14 oz) eagle brand sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 pt
    whipping or light cream
  • 4
    eggs
  • 2 Tbsp
    chocolate syrup
  • 2 Tbsp
    instant coffee powder (crystals)
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp
    almond extract

How To Make irish cream liqueur

  • 1
    In blender container, combine all ingredients. Blend till smooth. Serve over ice if desired. Store tightly covered in refrigerator up to 1 month. Stir before serving. Great in your coffee too!
