This is the only way I enjoy drinking beer- and I love tomato juice. My dad introduced me to this concoctions when I was in my twenties. It is so smooth and refreshing- a great holiday drink!

Ingredients For homemade tomato beer

  • 12 oz
    your favorite beer ( i choose light)
  • 2 c
    tomato juice
  • 2 Tbsp
    lime juice
  • 1/2 tsp
    horseradish juice
  • 2 lg
    celery stalk
  • 2 slice
    bacon, cooked crisp -so it stands straight

How To Make homemade tomato beer

  • 1
    Combine all ingredients , Except celery and bacon strips and pour over ice in 2 glasses. Add celery stalk and bacon strip to each glass. Stir and sip. Cheers! Bacon can be threaded on cocktail picks- rest on edge of glasses.
