Just in time for the holidays. I make this in small batches all year long, but during the holidays, I make tonnes of the stuff, and give it away as a holiday gift. Along with my homemade limoncello I am working towards getting everyone happy, and drunk, during the holidays. No cooking, no problem, easy/peasy. So, you ready… Let’s get into the kitchen.

Ingredients For holiday essentials: baileys irish cream

  • PLAN/PURCHASE
  • 1 c
    heavy cream
  • 14 oz
    sweetened condensed milk, 1 can
  • 3 Tbsp
    chocolate syrup
  • 1 tsp
    instant coffee powder
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 1 2/3 c
    irish whiskey

How To Make holiday essentials: baileys irish cream

    Add the instant coffee to 1 - 2 tablespoons of hot, hot water, when it dissolves and cools down, add it to the other ingredients, shake and you are finished. Leave it in the fridge overnight, to give the ingredients a chance to know each other, and that is it.
