Ingredients For elderflower julep

2 ozgood kentucky bourbon
-
1-1/2 ozelderflower liqueur

1 ozfresh squeezed lemon juice
-
1/2 ozagave nectar
-
10fresh mint leaves

1thin lemon slice (for garnish)
How To Make elderflower julep

1In a tall glass, add eight torn mint leaves and lemon juice, then add agave nectar and liqueur. Stir to blend.

2Fill glass with crushed ice, stir to blend.

3Pour bourbon over top of ice, stir again.

4Add more crushed ice to fill the glass,

5Garnish with remaining two mint leaves and thin slice of lemon.
