Ingredients For cranberry ginger cocktail, diabetic

    vanilla vodka
  • 1/4 c
    cranberry juice (unsweetened and not from concentrate)
  • 1 c
    ginger beer
  • 1
    packet ofsplenda or it's equal – adds just enough sweetness while making the drink guilt free and diabetic friendly.
  • 1 sm
    handful of cranberries (fresh or frozen)
  • a few lime slices

    Add some ice to your glass along with the cranberries and limes. Mix in the vodka, cranberry juice and ginger beer and Splenda. Add a straw and enjoy!
