This was one of the recipes included in a flyer that was attached to a bottle of Tuaca I bought years ago.

Ingredients For cool evening breeze (or warm evening breeze)

  • 2 oz
    tuaca liqueur
  • 1/2 oz
    lemon juice, fresh squeezed
  • 1/2 oz
    clover honey syrup (or 2 parts honey added to 1 part hot water)
  • 3/4 oz
    apple juice
  • 3/4 oz
    club soda
  • 1
    apple slice, for garnish (optional)

How To Make cool evening breeze (or warm evening breeze)

    Cool Evening Breeze: Place first 4 ingredients in shaker with ice. Shake vigorously and pour into a tall Highball glass (add more ice cubes, if desired). Top off with Club Soda. Garnish with an apple slice, and serve immediately.

    Warm Evening Breeze: In a saucepan, heat the lemon juice, honey syrup, and apple juice. Add to a cocktail shaker with the Tuaca. Shake well and strain into a hot-beverage mug. Top off with a splash of club soda. Garnish with an apple slice, and serve immediately while still quite warm.
