I used to work as a bartender and learned so many different cocktail combinations. Even though I rarely drink, this is one of my favorite springtime cocktails. When made right it has a beautiful presentation and easily impresses your guests with little effort.

This mojito will be fantastic at any summer party. It's slightly sweet, tangy and very refreshing thanks to the fresh mint. You taste the rum in this adult beverage, but it's not overpowering. A great cocktail for warmer nights.

It is possible to increase the ingredients on this drink and make them in a pitcher, but I highly recommend against it. The flavor combinations don't come out quite right poured compared to individually mixed.
