This cocktail is fantastic. It was taught to us by a professional chef during a cooking class we took in Mexico. It sounds really weird but it's actually wonderful! Cheers!

Ingredients For chef meastro's pineapple & tobasco martini

1 1/2 oztequila

1 1/2 ozcointreau orange liqueur

2 ozpineapple juice
-
1 slicepineapple in syrup
-
1 tsptobasco sauce
-
1 cice
-
1 Tbsporange juice
-
1 Tbspsugar
-
1 tspchili powder
How To Make chef meastro's pineapple & tobasco martini

1Mix together the tablespoon of sugar and the teaspoon of chili powder. Set aside.

2Blend tequila and cointreau, pineapple and pineapple juice, tobasco sauce, with ice until frozen and blended.

3Slightly dip the edge of the cup in orange juice.

4Slightly dip the edge of the cup in the mix of chilli powder and sugar.

5Garnish with a triangle of fresh pineapple & a cherry if desired.
