Ingredients For buddha punch

2 criesling wine

1 clight rum
-
1 corange juice
-
1/2 clemon juice

1/2 ctriple sec
-
1/2 ozcherry brandy
-
1/2 ozsugar syrup
-
several dashes orange bitters, to taste

1 bottlechampagne or sparkling wine, 750ml
How To Make buddha punch

1Pre-chill all ingredients. Pour all, except champagne and lime slices, into a chilled punch bowl. Stir. Just before serving, add Champagne and block of ice. Stir gently and garnish with lime slices.
