This recipe came with my bullet blender, but I have modified it so the whole family can enjoy it.
For those who choose to imbibe, use real champagne, and peach schnapps in place of the nectar.

How To Make boulevard bellini (virgin cocktail)

Place all ingredients in blender. Blend until smooth. Divide into 2 glasses or wine goblets. Top with peach slice if desired.
