This delicious, tropical cocktail is every bit as enjoyable as a day on the beach and catching some rays and enjoying the cool blue waves of the Pacific Ocean.

Ingredients For blue hawaiian

  • 1/4 c
    pineapple juice
  • 1 oz
    light rum
  • 1 oz
    blue curacao
  • 1 oz
    cream of coconut (not coconut milk)
  • 3
    ice cubes
  • 1
    maraschino cherry (for garnish)

How To Make blue hawaiian

  • 1
    For best results, chill cocktail/martini glasses in freezer for an hour (or longer) before serving.
  • 2
    Place all ingredients (except maraschino cherry) in blender. Cover, and blend on high speed for 45 seconds or until slushy.

    Pour into chilled martini glass, garnish with cherry, and serve.
