1/4 cpineapple juice

1 ozlight rum

1 ozblue curacao

1 ozcream of coconut (not coconut milk)

3ice cubes

1maraschino cherry (for garnish)
How To Make blue hawaiian

1For best results, chill cocktail/martini glasses in freezer for an hour (or longer) before serving.

2Place all ingredients (except maraschino cherry) in blender. Cover, and blend on high speed for 45 seconds or until slushy.

3Pour into chilled martini glass, garnish with cherry, and serve.
