I found this recipe in a cookbook a friend loaned me and I thought it would make a nice rimming salt for a Bloody Mary. It has a bit of a kick and looks nice and different and is a change from plain kosher salt.

Ingredients For bloody mary rim salt

  • 5 Tbsp
    kosher salt
  • 1 Tbsp
    ground celery seed
  • 1 Tbsp
    lemon pepper
  • 1 Tbsp
    sweet paprika

How To Make bloody mary rim salt

  • 1
    Mix all the seasoning together and store in a small container.
  • 2
    When ready to use put some of the seasoning on a small plate, moisten the rim of your glass with a little wedge of fresh lime, and dip into the seasoning mix.

    Enjoy your favorite Bloody Mary.
