Ingredients For blood-orange mimosas

  • 3 c
    fresh blood-orange juice (from about 10 oranges)
  • 1/3 c
    grand marnier or other orange-flavored liqueur
  • 1 Tbsp
    sugar
  • 1 tsp
    sugar
  • 750 ml
    prosecco, chilled well

How To Make blood-orange mimosas

    Stir together juice, liqueur, and sugar in a 2-quart pitcher until sugar is dissolved.
