This is an ice cream drink. I love the dessert, Bananas Foster. So when I saw this drink in my Bartending & Drink Recipes cookbook, I just had to try it. I'm glad that I did!

Ingredients For bananas foster (cocktail)

  • 6
    scoops vanilla or banana ice cream*
  • 6 oz
    captain morgan spice rum
  • 2 oz
    banana liqueur
  • 3
    bananas, cut in chunks
  • cinnamon-sugar
  • caramel syrup -or- caramel ice cream topping

How To Make bananas foster (cocktail)

  • 1
    Chop the bananas in pieces. Place the bananas and other ingredients in a blender. Pulse or blend until the mixture is smooth. Swirl caramel syrup in the glasses. Divide the mixture between the glasses (I used Rocks glasses). Drizzle with more caramel, then sprinkle cinnamon-sugar on top. Enjoy!
