Known as "ES ADVOKAT"
We all enjoyed this drink at a friends party. She finally sent me the recipe. It is very easy to make and icy cold delicious.
A great refreshing beverage on a hot summers day.
Has a base of one large mashed avocado, then strong brewed coffee with a wee bit of sugar and vanilla then mixed with milk.
Keep it icy cold and fill a tall glass 3/4 full with ice and serve. Enjoy!

avacado
1 c

double strength brewed coffee
2-3 Tbsp

sugar
4 c

milk
1 tsp

vanilla....your choice

How To Make "avacado iced drink" - from indonesia

Peel and pit the avocado.
Cut up and mash, put in the a blender
if you want. Just make sure it is mashed and creamy.

Gather other ingredients.
Make a cup of strong coffee..
you can adjust to
your taste.

Add all to the blender .and whirl away!

Put in a container.
Keep cold till serving time.
Do a taste test.
Need more milk ?
Less sugar?
Add maybe a little vanilla?
Less coffee?
More coffee?
Make it to please your taste.

Fill a tall glass 3/4 full with ice..
Fill with avocado liquid.
