Ingredients For apple pie moonshine

  • 1 gal
    apple cider
  • 1 qt
    apple juice
  • 3 c
    brown sugar
  • 1 c
    white sugar
  • 10
    cinnamon sticks
  • 3 Tbsp
    whole cloves
  • 750 ml
    vodka
  • 1 pt
    captain morgan spiced rum

How To Make apple pie moonshine

    Place the apple cider, apple juice, brown sugar, white sugar, cinnamon sticks and cloves in a large stock pot.Bring to a simmer and cook about 10 minutes until sugar is dissolved.

    Let cool completely. Strain out the whole cloves and cinnamon sticks. Reserve the cinnamon sticks. Add the vodka and rum.

    Place the cinnamon sticks in 7 quart jars. Add the moonshine and place lids on the jars. Store at room temp or in fridge.
