Ingredients For apple pie (alcoholic drink, makes for a party)

  • 2 gal
    apple juice
  • 2 c
    brown sugar
  • 3
    cinnamon sticks
  • 3
    whole cloves
  • 1 tsp
    nutmeg
  • 1
    all spice
  • 3/4 pt
    ever clear (or golden grain 180 proof alcohol)
  • 1 l
    dark rum

How To Make apple pie (alcoholic drink, makes for a party)

    In a large pot, mix apple juice and spices. Either make a "bundle" of the spices using a netted bag, or dump it in and skim it out when cooked. Heat juice and spices to a boil. Turn down heat and let simmer for 15 to 20 minutes. Take off heat.

    COOL COMPLETELY before adding alcohol. Pour into pretty bottles or use in a punch bowl. DRINK by the SHOT or SIP!
