I have not made this but have had the pleasure of sampling! So good! But be careful, it will sneak up on you! This is intended to be sipped in small quantities!

Ingredients For apple jack

1 lbbrown sugar

1 galapple juice

1/2 galapple cider

1 qtvodka

1 qteverclear
-
8granny smith apples

cinnamon sticks, at least 2 per jar
How To Make apple jack

1Heat apple juice, cider and brown sugar until the brown sugar is melted.

2Add the sliced apples and heat. DO NOT BOIL.

3Shut off heat and pour in vodka and everclear. Let set until cool enough to pour into jars.

4Add 2 cinnamon sticks to each jar. Fill with Apple Jack mixture. Makes approximatley 9 quarts. Best served very cold.
