Cream Sauce:

4 Tbs. butter

4 Tbs. flour

2 C. milk

one 8-oz. pkg. cream cheese
How To Make dried beef casserole

1For cream sauce, mix all ingredients together; cook until well blended. Layer dried beef, potatoes, carrots, and peas with cream sauce. Bake in a 350-degree oven for 1/2 hour.
