2 Tbsp sugar

½ cup cold butter, cubed

4 ounces cold full fat cream cheese, cubed

½-3/4 cup lemon-lime flavored carbonated beverage (i.e. Sprite or 7Up)

1 Tbsp butter, melted

Whipped Cream:

16 oz heavy whipping cream
•
¼-1/2 cup granulated sugar
•
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
