Double Chocolate Cherry Cookies

Mark Curtis, employee of the Loveless Cafe, got this recipe from his friend, Carol, who lives in Wisconsin. Great for Christmas parties since one batch yields 72 cookies!

1 cup butter, softened

1 1/3 cups granulated sugar
•
2/3 cup packed brown sugar
•
1 tsp. baking soda
•
¼ tsp. salt
•
2 eggs
•
1 ½ tsps. Vanilla
•
3 cups all purpose flour
•
2 cups dried tart cherries
•
1 ½ cups chopped nuts
•
1 ½ cups chocolate chips
•
1 cup white chocolate chips
