Ingredients For diabetic cookies

  • 1/4 C. margarine
  • 1 Tbs. sugar replacement
  • 1/2 C. unsweetened applesauce
  • 2 Tbs. water
  • 1 C. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. ground cloves
  • 1/4 C. raisins, chopped
  • 1/4 C. nuts, chopped

How To Make diabetic cookies

  • 1
    Cream together margarine and sugar replacement. Add applesauce and water, stirring to mix well. Combine flour, baking soda, cinnamon, salt and cloves in a sifter. Sift dry ingredients into applesauce mixture, stir to blend. Fold in raisins. Drop by teaspoonful onto lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake in oven at 375 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
