How To Make white and sausage gravy

1White Gravy:In a sauce pan, make a rue with the butter and flour, let cook for about a minute. Let cool for a bit. Add the milk, stirring constantly over medium heat, bring to a boil, stirring constantly with a heat resistant rubber spatula.

2Sausage Gravy:Cook the sausage in a sauce pan, drain grease from the sausage. Keeping the sausage in the pan, follow the directions in step 1 by making a rue, etc.
