For the 7 minute frosting:
•
4 egg whites
•
1 1/2 cups sugar
•
1 cup water
•
1 teaspoon cream of tartar
•
1/8 teaspoon salt
•
1 teaspoon vanilla
•
1/2 teaspoon salt
