Devilish Mocha Cream Truffles
"When a friend asked me to make a mocha cake for her birthday, the second layer promptly fell apart. I had already iced the first layer, so I just mixed it all together with the remaining frosting, shaped it into balls, and dipped them in melted milk chocolate. I called them truffles, but they are really just bite-size forms of my "failed" cake. What did she like best besides the delicious flavor? No plate or fork was needed!..."

8 ounces PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened

4 cups powdered sugar

9 ounces mocha dark chocolate candy bars, chopped
