  • 1 1/2 c
    skim milk
  • 6 tsp
    sugar

How To Make white chocolate creme brulee (diabetic-friendly)

    IN: Medium mixing bowl, whisk together pudding mix, and milk. POUR: Into 4 small ramekins.

    REFRIGERATE: 5 to 10 minutes or until set. SPRINKLE: Each ramekin with 1 1/2 tsp. sugar.

    PREHEAT: Broiler. BROIL: Watching carefully, or use small chef's torch to crystallize sugar. SERVE. ***SERVE: Topped with your favorite berries, such as raspberries.
