Ingredients For vanilla cream pudding

  • 1/3 c
    sugar
  • 2 Tbsp
    cornstarch
  • 1/8 tsp
    salt
  • 2 c
    milk
  • 2
    egg yolk slightly beaten
  • 2 Tbsp
    softened butter
  • 2 tsp
    vanilla

How To Make vanilla cream pudding

  • 1
    blend sugar, cornstarch and salt into a heavy saucepan. In bowl, mix egg yolk and milk. Gradually stir milk mixture into sugar mixture.

    Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly , until mixture thickens and boils. Boil and stir for 1 full minute.

    Remove from heat and stir in butter and vanilla. Pour into dessert dishes and allow to cool slighty and then chill and serve. Or eat warm!
