Ingredients For the biltmore's bread pudding

8 ccubed day -old bread ( i prefer french) which ever you prefer!

9eggs
-
2 1/4 cmilk
-
1 3/4 cheavy whipping cream

1 csugar
-
3/4 cbutter, melted
-
3 tspvanilla extract
-
1 1/2 tspground cinnamon
- CARAMEL SAUCE
-
1 csugar
-
1/4 cwater
-
1 Tbsplemon juice
-
2 Tbspbutter
-
1 cheavy whipping cream
How To Make the biltmore's bread pudding

1Place bread cubes in a greased 13-in x 9-in baking dish. In a large bowl whisk the eggs, milk, cream, sugar, butter, vanilla and cinnamon. Pour evenly over bread.

2Bake, uncovered, at 350* for 40-45 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean. Let stand for 5 minutes before cutting.

3Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, bring the sugar, water and lemon juice to a boil. Reduce heat to medium; cook until sugar is dissolved and mixture turns a golden amber color. Stir in butter until melted. Add cream. Remove from the heat. Serve with bread pudding.
