this is just a plain bread pudding but it is good

Ingredients For susies bread pudding

  • 1/2 stick
    butter
  • 3 c
    bread cubes
  • 4 to 5
    eggs
  • 5 c
    milk
  • 1 1/2 c
    sugar
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla extract

How To Make susies bread pudding

  • 1
    Melt butter in a 9x13 inch baking dish. Sprinkle bread cubes into the butter.

    Beat eggs, 2 cups milk, 1 cup sugar and vanilla and pour it over the bread.

    Heat remaining milk and sugar to scalding point and pour it over the mixture.
  • 4
    Sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
