I got this from a co-worker's wife (Thanks, Kris). It is so easy and delicious. Not to mention you can use fat-free cool whip, sugar free strawberry jell-o to help make it a little less sinful.

Ingredients For strawberry fluff

3 cboiling water

1 boxstrawberry jell-o (small box)

2 boxtapioca pudding

8 ozcool whip

1 pkgfrozen sliced strawberries (thawed and drained)
How To Make strawberry fluff

1Bring to a boil - 3 cups of water.

2Stir in Strawberry Jell-o, and both small boxes of Tapioca.

3Cook over medium heat until thick (3-5 minutes).

4Cool mixture so the heat won't melt down the Cool Whip in the next step.

5Blend in 8 ounces of Cool Whip.

6Add in Frozen Strawberries and then place in fridge to set up and enjoy!

7To dress it up a bit, once dessert is set up, place a few sliced strawberries on top with a dollop of Cool Whip!
