My sister-in-law sent me this recipe.She sent it to the wrong address.We hadn't been at that address in over 20 years.It went about 100 miles out of the way,it went back to the sister-in-law.It took forever but we did finely get it.It was worth the wait.It is as smooth as ice cream and is really rich.You can play around with it by using sweet potatoes or pumkin.Either way you gonna love it.

Ingredients For squash pudding

  • 3- c
    cooked drained and mashed crooked neck squash
  • 1/2 c
    sugar
  • 2-
    eggs
  • pinch
    salt
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp
    cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp
    nutmeg
  • 1/2
    stick margerine
  • 1 Tbsp
    flour

How To Make squash pudding

  • 1
    Put everything in blender and blend till mixture is smooth.Pour into buttered baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.Cool completely before serving.Can be be baked in pie shell.
