Ingredients For southern ginger ale bread pudding

  • 3
    eggs
  • 3
    egg whites
  • 1 1/2 c
    milk
  • 2 Tbsp
    honey
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla
  • 4 c
    cubed raisin bread or frozen french toast sticks, thawed
  • 1/2 c
    ginger ale
  • 1 oz
    rum
  • ice cream or whipped cream is optional but oh so good

How To Make southern ginger ale bread pudding

    Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Spray a baking dish with cooking spray.

    Beat eggs and egg whites in a large mixing bowl until foamy..

    Beaat in milk, honey and vanilla.
  • 4
    Add ginger ale and rum. Stir in bread cubes.

    Pour into baking dish and bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.

    Topped with ice cream or whipped cream makes it even more delish!
