Ingredients For slow cooker pumpkin pie pudding

  • 15 oz
    solid pack pumpkin
  • 12 oz
    evaporated milk
  • 3/4 c
    sugar
  • 1/2 c
    biscuit/baking mix
  • 2
    eggs
  • 2 Tbsp
    butter (melted)
  • 2 1/2 tsp
    pumpkin pie spice
  • 2 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • whipped topping
  • cooking spray

How To Make slow cooker pumpkin pie pudding

    In a large bowl combine the first 8 ingredients.

    Transfer to slow cooker, coated with non stick cooking spray.

    cover and cook on lowfor 6-7 hours or until thermometer reads 160 degrees.

    Serve in bowls topped with whipped topping, sprinkled with nutmeg if desired
